I broke iPhoto
Well, not quite. But I did manage to royally screw up iPhoto in such a way that it will only save to some mystery directory on my internal hard drive. Uninstalling and then reinstalling doesn’t seem to fix the problem, either, and I would have just thrown my hands up in the air and switched to Picasa except that Picasa is Windows only! Thanks a lot, Google.
Eventually I’ll stop being frustrated and figure out how to solve this problem, but for now, I’m trying out Sven Janssen’s CocoViewX. The only feature lacking seems to be a Flickr uploader, but perhaps that’s a challenge I’ll take on myself if I really like the program.
