Just when I’d given up all hope and was about to buy myself a region-free DVD player so that I could get the British Around the World in 80 Days DVD set (that’s the Michael Palin travel documentary from the 80s, not the Jules Verne story, bee-tee-dubs), I wake up to this e-mail in my inbox from Amazon.com:
