    HA! You have the same dialect as Polly and the New Englanders in my syntax class, then. (Brendan and I, even with our loose Californian grammar judgments, don’t understand this at all.)

    It’s a very marginal in written text at least: this is the best example I could find of it. Bah, I wish I had real access to the BNC to confirm my instinct on these things—I did see what seemed to be an instance in spoken text with its restricted publicly-visible search:

    KB7 12115 Yeah so do I don’t wanna lose touch with them now.

    but there’s not enough context to confirm it :-/ .
